A Tough Road for Toadlets

As a tad I lived in the old house across from the church. It had a brick-lined window well on the north side. It regularly filled with trapped toads and salamanders - a young boy's dream.

ReplyDeleteThose young boys regularly terrorized us when I was a toadlet. At least now we have a "Bogland Security" force, not unlike your human Homeland Security, to keep the terrorists out of our favorite hang outs.
